What Does Running Have to Do with Adventures by Disney? Everything!

Awesome new marathon program announced today in Southern California.  Adventures by Disney® has a neat program called Southern California:  Disney Backstage.  Now they have put them in conjunction with the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon weekend and the Star Wars Half Marathon weekend.

OK, so I\’m so NOT a runner…unless bees or a bad guy are chasing me and even then, I\’m likely going to give up after a few hundred yards.  Or a few yards.  Whatever…

However, if you\’re a runner and want to go to Disneyland and want someone else to do all the planning and work for you, these are some great trips!

These departures include all the fun of the Disney Backstage trip like exclusive access at Walt Disney Imagineering, a private visit to The Jim Henson Company, and a tour of the Walt Disney Studios, plus the following:

Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Special Departure: Nov. 10 – Nov. 16, 2014

  1. Admission to the sold-out Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon and 5K

  2. Two pre-race group training runs, one in Hollywood and one in Huntington Beach

  3. Access to Pasta in the Park

Star Wars Super Heroes Half Marathon Special Departure: Jan. 12 – Jan. 18, 2014

  1. Admission to the Star Wars Rebel Challenge (Half Marathon and 10K) and 5K

  2. One group training run around Lake Hollywood

  3. Access to the Star Wars Wookiee Welcome Party

And, just like any other Adventures by Disney vacation all the details are taken care of so you can focus on enjoying your vacation!  Doesn\’t that sound perfect?  You didn\’t miss the part about exclusive access, did you?  Or the PRIVATE visit to The Jim Henson Company?

Both special departures are 7 Days/ 6 Nights and include accommodations at the Loews Hollywood Hotel and Disney\’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa.

We even have a runDisney expert or two on staff, so contact us today if you have questions or want to book!  info@wishdrawals.com

Enjoy the magic!
