Starting in April, there\’s a new kind of magic coming to the Magic Kingdom…Disney After Hours, a special three-hour event that will take place after the park closes on select nights in April and May. A separate ticket is required for these three magical hours; at $149 plus tax, this is not to be taken lightly!
This is a price commitment–you want to make sure you can be there for all three hours and take full advantage of the much shorter lines in the park. With the same price for both adults and children (ages 3-9), these three hours are more than a full day park ticket for Magic Kingdom even on peak days for an adult ticket ($124).
So, what do you get for $150? There will be very limited tickets sold, so that means fewer people and much shorter lines. Think about riding Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or Big Thunder Mountain with no line, or meeting Anna and Elsa or Cinderella with no line! Ice cream and bottled beverages will be available, too, and are included in the price. Casey\’s Corner and Starbucks will both be open to purchase drinks and other menu items.
Check in for the event starts at 7 pm on the nights Disney After Hours is available. Official hours are 10 pm – 1 am (or 11 pm – 2 am some nights). Similar to the party nights at Magic Kingdom, the park will close 10 pm (or 11 pm) to regular guests.
Guests staying on property will have access to Disney transportation up to two hours after the end of the event.
Dates currently available:
April 14, 21 and 28
May 5, 8, 12 and 19
FYI: Admission to this special event is limited. To purchase tickets, guests may call 407-827-7185.
