I fell in love with the magic of Disney while riding Space Mountain with my dad at the age of 7, and became a true Disney fanatic the day we brought our daughter to Walt Disney World for her first trip and watched her eyes light up as she saw Cinderella’s castle and met the princesses for the first time.  We have visited Walt Disney World at least once a year since, during every season, on our own and with extended family and friends with ages ranging from little ones to teens to grandparents.  When planning our Disney vacations, I enjoy the challenge of using touring plan, crowd calendars and Fastpasses to avoid crowds and lines, and my family likes to joke that the longest line we have waited on at Walt Disney World was for our Starbucks coffees at Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom!

Favorite resort:  For me this is almost like picking a favorite child (maybe this is why I only have on child?) but if I have to choose I would go with the Contemporary Resort for the energy and Magic Kingdom views.

Favorite restaurant: California Grill

Favorite park: Magic Kingdom. That first view of the castle gets me every time!

Favorite ride: It’s a tie between Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. I love the classics, and remember riding both of these when I was a child.
